Her Interview
Ten minutes with Dr
01What do you attribute your success to?
My determination and God. If you sit there and say I can't do something, I can't accept that. I'm not gonna sit and let you tell me that. Don't ever let somebody's version of you be your final thing.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Don't sit on your innovations. You got a lot of ideas. Make sure you express yourself, but at the same time use that energy to take it to the next level.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Turn that fear into influence. Take that fear and turn it into influence. Take risk. Don't thrive on that fear. Turn that fear into influence, and take it the next innovative step.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being a realist. Be honest. Try to motivate and inspire others. I challenge them to be innovative. I motivate them to succeed. I like to inspire them. Dedicate my time to them. Share it with others, especially if you know it's gonna benefit others.
