Dr. Amanda Clair

She is a diversity, equity, inclusion, community outreach, education, and stakeholder engagement professional with experience in DEI initiatives, committee collaboration, community relationship-building, inclusive programming, facilitation, and organizational change. She currently serves as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at St. Louis REALTORS®, supporting outreach efforts and initiatives focused on building more inclusive communities. Her background also includes DEI facilitation with Parkway Schools, supported by doctoral training in leadership, teaching, and learning.
