About Dr

I started in higher education after earning two master's degrees from Northern Arizona University. My career path took me through roles at University of Phoenix including adjunct faculty in ethnic studies, enrollment, project manager and curriculum designer where I created their Master's in Nursing and Master's in Administration programs. In 2016 I was named Faculty of the Year out of approximately 15,000 faculty members. Now as Dean of General Education I oversee the general education portion of the nursing program and focus on retention, faculty development and student success as a servant leader.
