Dr. Andria Hendricks

Dr. Andrea Hendricks is the Employee Engagement and Outreach Division Director for the Missouri Department of Transportation, where she aids in shaping organizational culture, handles investigations and grievances, and provides trainings to foster an adaptable and respectful workforce in Jefferson City, Missouri. She began her career in 2000 and has served as a business professor for more than 20 years, developing curriculum and teaching both online and in person with a focus on business administration, communication, and marketing. In addition, Dr. Hendricks is a business owner and consultant who assists clients with strategy, marketing, and business development. She recently earned her PhD in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Leadership on May 2nd, and she also holds an MBA and a Master's in Sociology. Her efforts in supporting more than 45 businesses and securing over $450,000 in working capital led to her recognition as one of the most influential businesswomen in Jefferson City in 2017. Dr. Hendricks is actively involved in church planting and building alongside her husband, celebrating their 16th anniversary this year.
