Her Story
About Dr.
Dr. Patty Ippoliti serves as faculty, executive coach, and consultant with expertise in leadership development, women in STEM, mergers and acquisitions, and executive coaching. She earned her undergraduate degree in finance and accounting from Villanova University, her MBA from Temple University, and her PhD. Her career includes C-level roles such as the first woman at the C-level at Reebok at age 32, nearly 20 years in such positions, and involvement in over 30 mergers and acquisitions, including the Live Nation and Ticketmaster merger. Dr. Ippoliti taught at Rutgers University from roughly 2011 to 2019, where she was voted best professor in the MBA program twice, at Columbia University from 2018 to 2025, and now teaches MBAs and executive MBAs at Villanova University, focusing on leadership and leading strategic transformation. She maintains a consulting and executive coaching practice and established the Dr. Patti Apley Legacy scholarship at Villanova University for women in STEM. Her core values center on authenticity, building the next generations of leaders, and being the best version of oneself each day.
