I am a doctor of public health who received my bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Health Sciences from John Carroll University in 2017, my Master's of Public Health from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2022, and my Doctor of Public Health from Tulane University recently. Prior to my current role, I worked as a residential manager applying operational oversight and regulatory compliance. I own Valor Services LLC, a healthcare consulting company focused on operational oversight, health education, and program development, recently partnering with a chiropractic clinic on educational materials and a menopausal health program.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Sometimes it could be a male-dominated field, and as a minority that is also something that exists. Remember what is your purpose, what is your why, and prioritize your goals. Continue to be resilient, stay informed, focus on your why, continue going forward, and don't be afraid to transition and deep dive depending on the healthcare sector.
