Dr. Janice Fortman is an accomplished communication coach, author, keynote speaker, and podcast host. She is the Producer and Host of the Relationship Matters TV podcast and has led JH Fortman and Associates, LLC as a Relationship Communication Coach since 2007, offering keynotes and coaching in effective communication, leadership, emotional intelligence, and personal and professional relationships. A Distinguished Toastmaster and award-winning public speaker, she is a member of the Women's Speakers Bureau and was recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as the 2013/2014 Professional Woman of the Year for leadership in public speaking. She was also selected as a visionary author for Braveheart Women and honored in 2014, 2015, and 2016 as an outstanding volunteer for Age Options. She is the author of The Little Book of BIG Behavior Interventions and The Secrets To How NOT To Throw Mama From The Train, the latter focusing on the relationship between adult daughters and their aging mothers, accompanied by workshops that offer insight and solutions for resolving conflicts through effective communication.
