Her Interview
Ten minutes with Dr. Kelli
01What do you attribute your success to?
I consider myself multidimensional. I have a lot of different skill sets and I just always have a creative mind. I come up with ideas constantly, like an invention I thought of yesterday to help people with acupuncture.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do everything as fast as you can, study as hard as you can, and get through it the first time. Pass all five boards on the first try because they are expensive to retake and there are many parts including clinical exams with actors.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
COVID was a great challenge for all of it. Our network changed a lot with our office space and presence because everybody was scared. Marketing groups and companies all seemed to fail, a lot of money with expectations and you don't get the results and the ROI.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I'm very specific about the way I treat. That's what Activator is about, is spinal specificity. We don't get addicted to crack here. So, I'm not a whack-and-crack chiropractor, I'm very dialed in to how I do, and I can do every single joint in your body.
