Dr Kelley Mondesiré

My career has been defined by fearless adaptability and reinvention. I spent 22 years as an executive producer in television, designing for major networks and sports, including Super Bowl commercials, and earning international design awards. I left the industry to attend university to study allopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. I became a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM). I built a multi-million dollar private practice on Wall Street and practiced medicine for 20 years. My patients included the 'Who's Who' of Wall Street, politicians, celebrities, and professional athletes. Post-COVID, I leaned into my combined careers and my Irish citizenship to become an advisor to the government of Ireland (Enterprise Ireland) to advise startup and medium-sized medical device and life science companies from Ireland, creating or expanding their footprint in the United States. I build international trade initiatives between regions of Ireland and the United States, creating sister cities and trade initiatives across various industries. As the great connector, I position companies into strategic market segments for optimal market penetration and profit. I created and host 'The Kelley Show, Real People with Real Stories in Real Time', a YouTube show featuring guests from the sectors of science, finance, arts, entertainment, agriculture, medicine, and philanthropy. The show's mission is to uplift, enlighten, and educate viewers. I am an international keynote speaker, uplifting my audiences using the theme of 'fearless adaptability' and the five tenets I live by: relax, absorb, participate, share, and enjoy.
