Dr Michelle Ned

She is an elections, behavioral health, policy, and editorial professional with experience in election administration, integrated behavioral health consulting, child policy advocacy, and community-focused writing. She currently serves as Elections Commissioner In Charge with the Louisiana Secretary of State and also works as an Election Commissioner with the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court. Her background includes consulting through Visions Consulting Firm, advocacy with the Louisiana Policy Institute for Children, and contributing editorial work with Three-Fifths Magazine. She holds a doctorate in integrated behavioral health and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling.
