Throughout my career, I have been an academician working deeply with data, and I recently decided to use data in real life through product development. I am co-founder of Evergrove, where we have developed an agentic AI that helps organizations achieve organic growth without having to invest heavily in marketing leads. We help organizations identify new revenue opportunities, streamline their commercial strategies, and scale more efficiently using data-driven insights and structured growth frameworks, all done through automation. Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, ensuring that growth is not just planned but actually realized. Day-to-day, I go to small businesses to understand where they are struggling with their marketing needs, gather insights about their current strategies, run my agentic AIs to identify the actual problems versus what business owners think the problems are, and then align strategies for organic revenue growth. My approach combines my love for qualitative interaction with people, developed during my PhD days, with quantitative analysis to truly understand unsolved problems and growth capabilities.
