Dr. Tiphany Young

Dr. Tiffany Young serves as a VP in finance at Comerica Bank in Dallas, Texas. With more than a decade in the industry, she specializes in wealth management, investing, client services, and relationship building. Her career path began in a lab as a technician before transitioning to finance at the suggestion of her sister-in-law. She started at TD Ameritrade in the call center, advanced to Merrill Lynch where she built a book of business reaching $20 million and contributed to managing over a billion in assets, then took a VP role at Goldman Sachs managing over 100 clients before joining Comerica Bank. Dr. Young recently earned her PhD in Organization and Management Leadership, completing the four-year program with a dissertation on the lack of social interaction in full-time remote work environments and its impact on career development. She remains active in professional networks including Texas Wall Street Women, North Texas Women Exchange, and Women Yes You Can, and has volunteered as co-chair of the Daddy-daughter Dance Committee at All Saints Catholic School.
