Christina Davis is the founder of Breathe Mama Breathe, which offers pregnancy and postpartum coaching along with hypnobirthing education, and serves as the incoming president of the Heart Rate Variability Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to education and research on heart rate variability for physicians and mental health clinicians. With 11 years of experience in healthcare, she focuses on complementary and alternative mental health approaches, drawing from her background in biofeedback and heart rate variability research. Davis holds a bachelor's degree in event planning, a master's degree in recreational therapy from East Carolina University, and a PhD in rehabilitation administration. She is a certified hypnobirthing educator and maintains memberships in the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback, Hypnobirthing International, and the American Therapeutic Recreation Association.
