Her Interview
Ten minutes with Dr. Nadine
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being self-motivated and persistent. My family is very career-oriented, which drove me. I followed my dreams combining psychology and HR, pursued my doctorate, and never gave up despite challenges.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My family placed a strong emphasis on pursuing a career rather than merely a job, which motivated me to further my studies and combine my interests in psychology and human resources.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I believe all you need to do is know what you want to achieve and follow your ambitions. And pursue that dream, follow that dream. There will be many bumps in the road but keep going. Simply begin, proceed, and finish.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I was brought up in a Christian home, grounded in faith. That has helped me overcome challenges and difficult times more than anything.
