Dr. Nikka A. Williams - Stenson

She is a psychotherapist, case manager, and criminal justice professional with experience in counseling, treatment planning, conflict resolution, court advocacy, client assessments, legal support, and community-based referrals. She currently works as a Psychotherapist at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Go, Grow & Glow, LLC, helping clients manage emotional and mental health challenges. She also has long-term experience with the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, supporting supervised release, court communication, and client case monitoring. She holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Criminal Justice.
