About Dulce
Dulce McKenzie brings 25 years of experience in life and career coaching, having worked extensively with executives in Mexico. Her coaching practice focuses on helping high-level professionals navigate the challenges of career transitions, particularly the sense of loss many experience after being laid off from their roles. She is currently authoring a book that draws from these experiences to emphasize the need for balance in mind, soul, and spirit alongside professional achievements. McKenzie attributes her own success to steadfastly upholding personal values and maintaining perseverance without deviation from her core principles. She advises young women entering the field to prioritize a balanced life from the outset to avoid becoming lost despite professional accomplishments. She intends to expand her work through a podcast and trainings in the U.S.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I think it's keep your values like a light in front of you and do not move away from that. Number two, the perseverance and keep on track in that. In my experience I am trying to do that all the time. I don't want to finish like my executives when they finish and they don't know who they really are.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice for them is start thinking about live a life balance. If you just focus in successful professional successful you will be lost in some part of your life. It is very important to try always to live a life in a balanced mind soul spirit.
