Dynastie Hooper is a paid media and digital marketing professional with nearly six years of experience in the media, sports, and entertainment industries. She currently serves as Paid Media Manager at Fulwell Entertainment, where she leads performance-driven paid media strategies across major digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other branded content channels. In her role, she oversees campaign planning, budget management, audience targeting, analytics, and performance reporting, managing seven-figure annual advertising budgets to maximize engagement and return on investment. One of her most notable achievements includes leading the paid media strategy for "The Main Thing" campaign for Indeed, featuring LeBron James and other high-profile guests, which surpassed its original goal of 17.5 million views by generating more than 110 million views. Before joining Fulwell Entertainment, Hooper built a strong foundation in digital marketing, advertising operations, and campaign management through roles at WarnerMedia, NAVER Corporation (BAND App), Shutterfly, and NBCUniversal. Her experience spans entertainment, sports, technology, beauty, and consumer marketing, allowing her to develop expertise in cross-platform advertising, campaign optimization, A/B testing, CRM, audience engagement, and data-driven decision-making. She began her career through internships, including with the Brooklyn Nets, and has remained passionate about the intersection of sports, media, and digital storytelling. Hooper earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from LIM College, holds a Sports Industry Essentials certification from Columbia University, and is currently completing a Google Digital Marketing certification to further expand her expertise. Committed to continuous growth, Hooper credits her success to maintaining an open mindset, embracing change, and never stopping learning. 01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to maintaining an open mind and embracing opportunities to learn. I believe that staying curious, being receptive to new ideas, and continuously expanding my knowledge have helped me grow both personally and professionally. This mindset enables me to adapt to change, improve my skills, and approach new challenges with confidence.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to always be prepared, regardless of whether I feel nervous or confident. Preparation builds confidence, helps me perform at my best, and allows me to handle unexpected situations with greater composure. It has taught me that being well-prepared is one of the most valuable keys to long-term success.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep going, even when it feels difficult. In a predominantly male industry, you may face challenges and moments of self-doubt, but don't let them stop you. Believe in yourself, stay resilient, and remember that you belong.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges is keeping up with the constant changes in social media. Trends, algorithms, and platforms evolve quickly, so staying adaptable and continuously learning is essential to remain effective and relevant.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value openness, respect, and equality. I believe in creating environments where people can communicate honestly, share their ideas freely, and express themselves without fear of judgment.
