About D'yonni

D’yonni Poole is a Recruitment Consultant specializing in talent acquisition, candidate development, and relationship building. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, she currently works with Wilson RPO in support of TriNet, where she focuses on identifying qualified talent, understanding candidates’ goals, and creating strong connections between people and opportunities. Her approach is grounded in empathy, strategic questioning, communication, and a genuine interest in helping candidates find roles where they can thrive.

D’yonni began her professional career in logistics with Total Quality Logistics, progressing from Logistics Account Executive in Training to Logistics Account Executive and eventually National Sales Recruiter. Her experience in a fast-paced, male-dominated industry strengthened her skills in communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management. She transitioned into recruiting in 2023 after her hiring managers recognized her natural ability to connect with people and her potential for talent acquisition. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University, with an academic focus that supports her understanding of motivation, behavior, and workplace dynamics.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, D’yonni is passionate about authenticity, meaningful relationships, and continuous growth. She hopes to continue advancing in recruitment while eventually transitioning into a broader human resources role. Inspired by her mother, whom she credits as her greatest role model for resilience and determination, D’yonni strives to make a positive impact through both her career and personal life. As a new mother, she also values family, work-life balance, and being present for her fiancé and son, while remaining connected to her church, friends, and community.
