Earline Lawrie

Earline Lawrie is a dedicated finance and operations professional currently serving as the Combat Budget Supervisor at the Jackson County Court House. In this role, she oversees the funding of nonprofit community organizations based on county contracts, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals. Since joining the courthouse in 2025, Earline has leveraged her expertise in account reconciliation, leadership, and accounting to optimize processes and support community-focused initiatives.
Before assuming her current role, Earline held a series of positions in accounting and quality assurance, including Accounts Payable Coordinator at Jackson County Court House, Quality Assurance Technician at Heartland Coca-Cola, and Quality Assurance Specialist at Dot’s Pretzels. Her extensive background across finance and operations has allowed her to develop a keen analytical skillset and a strong attention to detail, which she applies in every aspect of her work.
Earline holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management from Claremont Lincoln University, where she graduated with a 3.71 GPA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
