She holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Memorial University, grounding her professional expertise in a strong academic foundation.
Beyond her professional career, Earlyn is deeply committed to community service and leadership. She has been actively involved with the Broward County Council of PTA/PTSA for over a decade, serving as President from 2018 to 2020 and continuing as a Past President and Board Member. She is also a longstanding member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, where she has dedicated years of service to educational initiatives, scholarships, and community uplift. Originally from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Earlyn attributes her drive, work ethic, and passion for giving back to her Caribbean upbringing, which emphasized education, respect, and service—values she continues to champion both professionally and personally.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my upbringing, which instilled in me strong values, resilience, and a solid work ethic. The lessons I learned early on shaped my mindset and continue to guide how I approach challenges and opportunities.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to be confident in their abilities and stand firmly in what they bring to the table. Confidence is essential—own your expertise and do not undermine yourself by second-guessing your value. Despite progress, this remains a male-dominated industry, and self-assurance plays a critical role in earning respect and advancing professionally.
