She also held senior HR leadership roles at ConnectGEN through its acquisition by Repsol, including Senior Director of People and Organization at Repsol and Head of Human Resources at ConnectGEN, where she led HR due diligence and integration during the transition to a publicly traded company. Earlier, she was Human Resources Director (Corporate) at Bristow Group, partnering with executive leaders on compliance, DE&I, talent initiatives, and shared services.
