Dupree earned her bachelor's degree in business leadership, graduating magna cum laude, and holds a license as an adjuster. Within four years, she advanced to a managerial role overseeing a team responsible for auditing, quality cross-checking, task completion, and stakeholder service. She volunteers with her son's marching band and supports the Elizabeth Foundation, which assists the unhoused with toiletries and meals. Dupree attributes her success to pivoting when told no and advises others to bet on themselves while emphasizing ownership, accountability, and reliability.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to pivoting. When someone tells me no, I pivot and keep going. I don't stop, I just pivot.

The best career advice I ever received is don't take no, and that happiness comes from within, not from others.
