01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to ask questions because it's okay with not knowing. The only way you're really gonna learn is by listening to the people who are around you. I was surrounded by other incredible women and it was great to hear from them and listen to them and understand where they have the experience, and it's okay to ask them questions and not be afraid of looking like you are inexperienced because you are, but that's the whole point. You gotta learn.
