Her Story
About Eden
I was a dual-sport college athlete, which really brought out that competitive nature in me and made me want to get into the sales field. I've always been interested in medicine and helping people, so pharmaceutical felt right. I've been in my field for about 4 months now, working in customer relations. My main role is supporting customers and helping them with the ordering process and answering any questions they have about products or application, and really just making those relations stronger. The dental field was a bit of a blindside - I didn't know that was the field I was going to be going into, but now that I'm in it, I couldn't see myself anywhere else. I was president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and captain of both the volleyball and track teams in college. I'm passionate about helping people and the medical world in general, and I've been attending women in DSO webinars to get my foot in that door and expand my network with women in leadership roles.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to dedication. I think anyone can be good at anything as long as they really put their everything into it, and I think I'm very good at that. My competitive nature from being a dual-sport college athlete has really shaped my approach to work and life.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to never stop learning. There's always more to learn, the field is always changing, there's always somebody who knows more than you, so you just have to keep an open mind and just be ready to learn no matter what.
