Currently serving as Studio Manager at BÜNDA in Chicago, she oversees studio operations while also coaching fitness classes, managing social media initiatives, and helping cultivate a strong community-focused fitness environment. Her rapid progression within the organization—from sales associate to fitness coach and ultimately manager in just over a year—demonstrates her initiative, work ethic, and commitment to excellence. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and experienced dance instructor, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals through intentional coaching and personalized support.
A graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Creative Advertising, Eden developed a strong foundation in content creation, photography, videography, and digital marketing. During her university years, she served as head of the photo department for The Hoosier Network, capturing photo and video content at Division I sporting events, while also competing with the university’s Club Gymnastics team. Her leadership extended beyond athletics, as she managed social media initiatives and contributed to multiple student organizations. These experiences sharpened her communication, creative storytelling, and organizational skills, which continue to enhance her effectiveness in the fitness industry today.
In addition to her work in fitness, Eden has built an impressive background as a dance teacher, choreographer, filmmaker, and creative director. Through self-produced dance and music video projects, she has brought together dozens of performers, coordinated productions, and created opportunities for artistic collaboration. Her ability to combine creativity with leadership has earned recognition, including receiving the Growth Mindset Machine Award from BÜNDA. Looking ahead, Eden aspires to open her own gym—potentially through a BÜNDA franchise—where she can continue inspiring others through fitness, community, and personal growth while making a lasting impact on the lives of those she serves.

Ten minutes with Eden
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think just the passion and the hustle that comes from Bunda as a brand. From coming in and taking my first class here, I saw the intention behind the workout, and the realness of the actual studio and the concept itself made me realize that I really want more people to know about this and more people to do this workout. Also, just seeing and talking with members and seeing how much Bunda's changed their life really motivates me. One example is the coffee shop I always go to - I told one of the baristas about Bunda, and she's now been a member since December, probably five months now. She has completely transformed her body, she's so much happier now, so much healthier. Seeing how Bunda's changed other people's lives motivates me to keep bringing people in and keep changing people's lives and mindsets through fitness.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
My dad has definitely given me some great advice when it comes to leadership. He's been a great example of leadership throughout my entire life. When I was promoted to manager, I had no clue how to be a manager, and I didn't even know that was my plan at that point. I didn't think I was close to being there. So once I was put in the position, it was a quick turnaround, and he's definitely given me some great advice when it comes to leadership and has also just been a great example of leadership throughout my entire life.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If you're passionate about something, continue to go above and beyond, and don't worry about what anyone else is gonna think. Just do your thing and follow your path. Use past experiences and use your expertise to add value to whatever you're currently doing. And don't let what anyone says hold you back. I mean, I'm the youngest employee here, and I didn't even apply to be the manager, and I know when it first happened, a lot of people did not think I could do it. And now I'm managing people older than me, and I could say I'm doing a good job. So I would just say, go above and beyond and keep working towards it. Sometimes you have to keep working, act as if you are already in the role that you want to be in. Don't limit your expectations for yourself. When they asked me to be manager, I thought that was way above what I was ready for, and the more I'm in this position, the more I feel like I'm the exact right person for it. So don't hold back on your dreams and what you want to do. Shoot high, and you can get there quicker than you think. Dive in, especially if you're passionate about it, and don't hold back.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Being present in the moment is really important to me. When I'm in the room on the mic, my focus is on giving everybody a great workout, providing them with knowledge and motivation. When I am the manager, it's five-star customer service, trying to make everybody happy - all the customers come first, obviously. Then everything that comes in on the side, like managing the employees and dealing with air conditioning issues or plumbing, I tackle that as a learning experience and something that may not feel like it's in my job description, but something that's gonna benefit me no matter what. I try to be excited to take on more responsibility and more challenge versus coming at it with dread. I think the passion and going above and beyond is really important. I always went a little above and beyond in the role I was in just because I enjoy doing that.
