About Eden
She is a medical device sales and market development professional with experience in neurovascular technology, territory management, new technology adoption, customer relationships, and specialty sales. She currently works as a Market Development Manager at CereVasc in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Previously, she held neurovascular sales and technology roles with Stryker and Medtronic, along with foot and ankle sales experience at Wright Medical Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Florida State University.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Never give up. Every no leads to another yes, and usually the yes that you're gonna get is 10 times better than the no that you received.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Try to get as much experience shadowing and learning. Shadow physicians, nurses, or any position to gain knowledge, make connections, and see if the space is right for you. Networking is also important.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The ever-changing landscape of hospital systems with new hurdles like vendor credentialing, approval systems, pricing, and innovative companies creating competition, which gives doctors more options but sometimes too many.
