Her Interview
Ten minutes with Edwina
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my failures. Failures are lessons that come into our lives to teach us something, whether it's about ourselves, about other people, or something that you need to understand. They ground you and make you who you are when you get to that pinnacle position.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
You have to be patient with yourself. Every day is not going to be the same. You are in a servant position, serving the place, serving people, serving students, serving the community, solving problems. It's not glitz and glamour.
