As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Fertility Foundation, she has transformed a grassroots initiative into a nationally recognized nonprofit providing financial assistance, emotional support, and educational awareness for individuals facing fertility challenges. Under her leadership, the organization has expanded nationally, strengthened donor and community partnerships, and developed innovative programs that reduce stigma while supporting family-building journeys.
Her expertise spans strategic planning, organizational growth, donor relations, board development, communications, branding, and fundraising strategy. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multimillion-dollar fundraising efforts, cultivated high-impact partnerships with foundations and corporations, and developed sustainable operational structures that support long-term growth. Prior to founding the Jewish Fertility Foundation, she held senior leadership roles in educational institutions and international youth organizations, including The Weber School, Kellman Brown Academy, Kfar Hassidim Youth Village, and YouthBridge-NY.
