I would say, just The capacity of putting myself in other people's shoes, and therefore making their job easier.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Competing agencies make it a bit harder, but competition's also healthy. Too much demand for what I do, which forced me to think about scaling and growing much quicker.
