I attribute my success to my strong faith and to pursuing work that I genuinely love.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is that when you do what you love, you never have to work. Because you genuinely enjoy what you do, it doesn’t feel like work—and that has stayed with me throughout my career.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field are rooted in the need to work hard, believe in the possibility of success—something I learned as an international student—and actively seek out support and learning opportunities. I am also focused on giving back by providing guidance through a forthcoming book and mentorship.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are faith, family, giving back, and supporting students and other women. I also deeply value family time and cooking, as they help me stay grounded and connected to the people who matter most.
