Elham Soltani

Elham Soltani serves as manager of 8 different states in the United States for a preclinical service company. In this capacity, she helps big pharma companies achieve their goals by facilitating preclinical studies, including cell-based and animal studies, before drugs move into clinical trials. She translates client needs into actionable experiments conducted by the company's scientists and facilities. Elham began this work in 2021 and joined her current company in March of that year. She earned a master's degree, which she started in 2013, and has long sought a role bridging science and its practical application to help patients. Outside her professional responsibilities, Elham volunteers by assisting students with graduate school applications and exam preparation, drawing from her own experiences a decade earlier. She attributes her drive to her innate ability to form a precise and detailed mental image of her goals, around which everything else aligns and which provides strong motivation.
