About Elina

Elina Csapo founded Young Able Voices, a nonprofit dedicated to creating community for kids and teens with hidden disabilities, four years ago after recognizing the need for connection and support among those facing similar challenges. Drawing from her own experience being diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech, Csapo has become an international speaker, delivering a TEDx talk and presentations at national conferences including a women's leadership conference in France and events in England. She has helped publish four research papers through Young Able Voices projects and serves on the Junior Board for Apraxia Kids. A junior at Rider University with a double major in business and management in leadership and global supply chain, Csapo attended Oxford University as a visiting scholar from fall 2025 to spring 2026 after winning a full scholarship, and she also received a full scholarship at Rider University through a business concept competition for her nonprofit work. Based in Bordentown, New Jersey, she plans to expand her impact by developing school programs that teach neurotypical students how to befriend neurodivergent peers.
