Her Interview

Ten minutes with Elira

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to challenges and the decisions they force you to make. Life puts you in situations where you have to choose between left, right, or straight, and those decisions change your life and help you grow. Challenges have been exactly what helped me become who I am today.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Never stop growing, never stop learning. Learning on papers and books gives lots of information, but the most important learning is experiencing whatever you learn. Keep growing, keep growing, keep growing, and shining.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I never see something as challenging because I see everything as a task or assignment. Communication with people can be challenging sometimes.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

In my work and personal life I value socializing with people, learning from them, teaching them, and creating good teams. I like good questions of course.
