I am a talent acquisition professional with over seven years of experience in recruiting, workforce planning, and university relations across the energy and engineering sectors, currently serving as Principal Talent Acquisition at McDermott International, Ltd, a role I have held since March 2025, where I lead talent acquisition strategy and drive recruitment efforts for critical roles. Prior to this role, I served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for nearly three years, where I utilized recruitment tools and external sites for sourcing candidates, researched and recommended best practices for the continuous improvement of the University Relations program, sourced and screened candidates, and proactively established and maintained beneficial business relationships through networking and social media.

Before joining McDermott, I served as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Transocean on a contract basis for six months, where I partnered with HR People Operations and Business Partners to develop talent acquisition strategies and consolidated candidate profiles from sourcing activities. I also served as Independent Recruiter at EB Staffing Services, LLC for over three years, and as HR and Senior Recruiter at EnerMech for seven months.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sam Houston State University, where I was a member of Student SHRM, and an AA in Business from Houston City College.
