About Elisa
Elisa Csiszer is a consultant and business owner specializing in positioning and messaging strategy, brand development, and go-to-market strategy. She holds an undergraduate degree in marketing and an MBA from the University of North Carolina. Csiszer began her career in market research at Eli Lilly and Company, later advancing to brand development roles focused on oncology products. She gained additional experience at McKesson before returning to Eli Lilly in market access and dermatology positions centered on go-to-market strategy and launch planning. After relocating to St. Augustine, Florida, she joined GE Healthcare, serving as Senior Director of Marketing for portfolios in radiology and oncology theranostics. Drawing on this extensive background in healthcare marketing, Csiszer recently stepped away from corporate roles to start her own consultancy, providing fractional consulting support that helps clients communicate their value effectively.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the Lord and His will, not mine. My true successes are my family and marriage, which are not because of me but by God's grace.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've received is to not be afraid to speak up if you feel convicted about something. It doesn't matter your tenure or background; if you've done your research and feel convicted, you should always feel confident to speak up.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight. Scripture is better than anything I could come up with.
