Her Interview

Ten minutes with Elisa

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to thriving under pressure, embracing challenges, and always putting customers first. I believe that going above and beyond for clients, adapting to change, and building trusted, long-term relationships have been the foundation of my career. I also credit my success to the unwavering support of my wife, whose encouragement has allowed me to fully dedicate myself to my professional growth.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to focus on people just as much as technology. While technical expertise is essential, lasting success comes from strong communication, building trust, leading organizational change, and understanding the human side of business transformation.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills alongside your technical expertise. Technology can be learned, but the ability to connect with people, solve business problems, and lead teams through change is what truly sets great leaders apart. Stay curious, embrace emerging technologies like AI, and never underestimate the value of empathy and collaboration.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping organizations adopt AI responsibly while balancing efficiency, workforce concerns, and long-term business goals. At the same time, this creates significant opportunities for professionals who can bridge the gap between technology and business strategy, particularly in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, defense, and finance.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that matter most to me are putting customers first, acting with integrity, embracing adaptability, and fostering collaboration. I also believe in accountability, continuous learning, and building meaningful relationships. Above all, I value my family, whose support inspires me to grow both personally and professionally.
