What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success largely to my mom’s work ethic. Growing up with such a strong woman instilled in me the drive to do my best in everything I pursue. Having brothers also played a role, as their influence challenged me to rise to the occasion and strive for excellence. Throughout my life, I’ve been fortunate to have a great deal of inspiration and encouragement, which has reinforced my determination. Ultimately, I believe my success comes from having the will to keep pushing forward and never giving up.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to have confidence in your abilities. Trust that you know more than others might assume, and don’t be afraid to step forward and assert your knowledge.
