Her Interview
Ten minutes with Elisabeth
01What do you attribute your success to?
I'm probably the most dedicated and hard-working person that I know. I've really hustled to get where I'm at, and I think that's probably what has really driven a lot of my success, is my own drive.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
To make a name for yourself that people are talking about you when you're not in the room.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do not second guess yourself. You're in position for a reason and having that self-doubt will only hinder yourself. I learned that the hard way. Just be as confident as you can be and go in there like you own it.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges... is the lack of knowledge people have... international logistics... The biggest opportunity right now... is growth... There's so much room to grow in our field.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty. I'm the most transparent, honest person... Second one is loyalty. I'm loyal to a fault... Third is compassion. You have to have compassion... empathy for them.
