01What do you attribute your success to?

I would say a key factor is the drive and the passion and the can-do attitude to pivot once we learn something. We're not once we learn something doesn't work, we figure out how to change it and mold it into something that will work, and vice versa. When we learn something does work, we keep it going. That's what's sustained us.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Believe in yourself, have confidence. And it's okay to say that you don't know how to do something. I think learning from mentors or people in your field. It's okay to ask for help. I still don't know everything. I'll ask. Lifelong learner.
