Her Interview
Ten minutes with Elise
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from building genuine trust with clients and never being outworked. Clients stay with me because they trust the person they're working with. I want the best for my clients and embrace them by supporting their products myself. I know what I know and admit what I don't know, which goes a long way.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Lean into your intuition and a woman's ability to form connections and foster those connections, as that will be your greatest strength. Don't try to replicate the men in the space; find your own voice and use your natural skills like emotional intelligence. There are so many advantages for women in this space.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in my field is that businesses are no longer looking for vendors they’re looking for strategic partners. Technology has become a critical part of the customer experience, whether it’s the music guests hear, the messaging on digital screens, or the data businesses use to make decisions. Companies that can truly understand a brand’s goals and deliver measurable business outcomes will stand out.
At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is keeping pace with how quickly technology and customer expectations are evolving. AI, automation, and digital experiences are transforming every industry, but technology alone isn’t enough. Success still comes down to building trust, listening to customers, and creating solutions that solve real business problems.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide me, both professionally and personally, are authenticity, integrity, empathy, and growth.
I’ve built my career by genuinely caring about the people I work with. Whether it’s supporting a client, mentoring a colleague, or collaborating with a team, I believe the strongest relationships are built on trust and showing up with authenticity. Success is important to me, but how you achieve it matters just as much.
