Ten minutes with Eliyah

01What do you attribute your success to?

To God, to Jesus Christ.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

To never give up on yourself. It's all in God.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenge: Having to make sure that somebody else is well taken care of with integrity, humility and patience, while not always getting the same thing in return. Opportunity: Gain a network and experience, ability to network with people, hear from others what their plans and goals are, dream a little bit bigger.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity, patience, and growth. Having those will take you a long way. Never saying I'm grown, always knowing that I'm growing.
