Over the past eight months, she has served as a staffing manager at Pascoe Workforce Solutions, overseeing recruitment efforts and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and rewarding hiring process for clients and candidates alike. Her leadership is rooted in connection, encouragement, and a focus on meaningful outcomes.

I attribute my success to my hard work and the unwavering support of my parents.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be persistent and consistent—Gino Bancalari, my Global Operations Director at IMI, has been an incredible mentor who opened doors for me and encouraged me to connect with people from all over the world.

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is: you can do anything if you put your mind to it—don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, because you are amazing in your own unique way.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenges in my field right now are the ebb and flow of the market, and personally, my greatest obstacle has been self-confidence, as I’ve often second-guessed myself.

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The most important value in my work and personal life is integrity. I also cherish spending time outdoors, hiking and walking local trails with my 3-year-old mini schnauzer.
