Elizabeth Baugh

I am a contracts, procurement, and product management professional with a background in technology, engineering, and agile development. I currently serve as a Contracts and Procurement Specialist at Sound Transit on a contract basis, a role I stepped into in April 2026, where I support the agency's procurement and contracting functions to help deliver critical transit infrastructure for the Puget Sound region.

Prior to this role, I spent over five years at Axon as a Product Manager, where I worked on technology solutions for public safety and law enforcement, bringing my skills in analytical thinking and agile application development to build products that make a difference. Before Axon, I served as a Digital Product Manager at Fresh Consulting and as a Technical Product Manager at Ideoclick, Inc., both in the Greater Seattle area, where I managed product development lifecycles and delivered technology solutions for clients. I also served as a Project Manager at T-Mobile for over a year, where I gained valuable experience in agile project management within a fast-paced telecommunications environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a minor in Literature from Iowa State University, where I was active in Sigma Kappa, Sigma Tau Delta, Eta Kappa Nu, Salt Company, Campus Crusade for Christ, and Dance Marathon. I also studied engineering at the University of Iowa.

Alongside my professional work, I have volunteered with the Seattle Humane Society in animal welfare and served as a Screener with the Great Pyrenees Rescue Society for nearly three years, reflecting my deep love for animals and commitment to giving back to my community.

Across my career in contracts, procurement, product management, and engineering, my work has been driven by a passion for solving complex problems, building great products, and serving the public good. Whether I am managing a product lifecycle, supporting transit procurement, or volunteering for animal rescue, I bring a thoughtful, analytical, and collaborative approach to everything I do.
