01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would say first and foremost is to start on a personal level with your relationship with your health to better understand how things impact you. Women have so much information that we actually need that have not been taught. It's important to start to understand your own health because in that understanding you have that self-awareness. As someone that in high school had an eating disorder I had a lot of work to do on myself with relationship with food and that's why I'm big on personal development and wanting to help women overcome this marketing stuff that has said you need to look a certain way or act a certain way. God designed us all to be different. Trying to break those norms that really don't help women thrive. Also understanding the state of the demographic health-wise that they're going to be designing for because my master's degree tried to teach me just about usability and it's not cut dry. In America we have this metabolic dysfunction that also impacts cognition. Bringing it back to business and helping them understand that they need to care about the health of their consumers for their bottom line.
