Her Story
About Elizabeth
I am a marketing and corporate strategy leader with over a decade of experience driving customer engagement, sales enablement, and business growth across the industrial, construction, and equipment sectors, currently serving in Marketing and Corporate Strategy at Nacelle Solutions, a role I have held since September 2025, where I support strategic marketing and corporate strategy initiatives.
Prior to this role, I spent seven years at Weisiger Group in progressively responsible roles, including Head of Customer Engagement and Sales Enablement, where I supported sales, finance, business technology, and marketing organizations in boosting customer retention, engagement, and new customer acquisition while defining new growth opportunities. I also served as Director of Marketing Research, Insights and Analytics, where I transitioned from daily marketing operations to marketing innovation and analytics, generating actionable insights from qualitative and quantitative research, setting KPIs, and building processes for customer segmentation, target audience analysis, journey mapping, and brand health studies. I also served as Director of Marketing, where I led a ten-member team, focused on demand generation, strategic marketing, brand management, and customer-centric marketing, launched successful conquest account and recruiting campaigns, and won the Excellence in Strategic Entrepreneurship award.
Earlier in my career, I spent nearly nine years at Carolina CAT in progressively responsible roles, including Marketing Manager, Advertising and Promotions Manager, and Construction Division Marketing Lead, where I developed my expertise in marketing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and program development. I also served as Marketing and Brand Consultant at Werner Enterprises for four years and as Business Development Manager at Thomas Building Company and Sageworth Properties for over a year.
Across my career in marketing, corporate strategy, and business development, my work has been driven by a commitment to understanding customer needs, driving data-informed decisions, and building strategies that enable growth and strengthen brand presence. Whether I am leading customer engagement initiatives, developing marketing analytics, or driving corporate strategy, I bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a dedication to creating value for customers, teams, and organizations. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue driving impact through my work at Nacelle Solutions.

Ten minutes with Elizabeth
01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Being a creature of learning is key. Don't ever assume that your way is the only way. Be open to trying new things and be okay with failing since we should not be getting it 100% right every time. It's okay to try and fail as long as we learn from it. We don't have to be the smartest person in the room; if we stop and listen, we will learn so much more and be a stronger teammate for it.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Keep a pulse on your own creativity and curiosity. Learn a little bit about all of marketing even if hired for one component like SEO or graphic design. Don't isolate yourself to one slim lane. Learn about what your peers and collaborators do so you can be a better partner and discover new interests. Don't niche yourself too much as it makes it harder to grow and get into different opportunities. Cross-collaboration and cross-training are important.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
People assume AI can solve many marketing needs without governance. AI is new and there aren't enough people trained on how to utilize those tools yet. It's hard to govern the brand, messaging, and storytelling when AI is spitting things out unseen. Need to coach and train tools, get everybody to slow down and work off a unified brain to ensure everything looks the way it should.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity, trust, curiosity for the work that we do, patience, do what we say, get the details right, be a continuous learner, improve always, and have fun.
