About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Decker Casale is an accomplished Art Director at 2080 Design Group, formerly known as Trixxi Clothing, where she leads a creative graphics team of four and oversees the development of innovative fashion artwork. With 16 years of experience in the fashion industry, Elizabeth has built a versatile career spanning apparel design, product development, textile artistry, and graphic design. She began her journey in apparel design and product development before transitioning into graphic design and textiles, where she discovered her passion for creating visually compelling textile artwork. For the past decade, Elizabeth has specialized in art direction, developing original prints, color palettes, graphics, hand-painted motifs, and floral designs for private-label women’s, kids’, and juniors’ apparel collections. Her creative work has supported products carried by major retailers including Macy’s, TJ Maxx, and JCPenney, showcasing her ability to combine artistic expression with market-driven design strategies. Her expertise includes textile design, surface pattern development, merchandising, and digital design tools that bring creative visions to life. Elizabeth studied Product Development at the Fashion Institute and continues to grow her craft through curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to lifelong learning. She believes that success comes from surrounding herself with good people, embracing new opportunities, and continuously evolving both personally and professionally. Through her creativity, leadership, and dedication to meaningful design, Elizabeth continues to make a lasting impact in the fashion and textile industry.

The best career advice I have ever received is the importance of creating my own happiness and taking ownership of my personal and professional growth. I have learned that surrounding myself with positive, supportive people and continuing to expand my knowledge are essential to building a fulfilling career. By staying curious, embracing new opportunities, and continually learning, I have been able to grow both as a creative professional and as an individual.
