About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Craighead is a seasoned experiential marketing and live events executive who has built an impressive career at the intersection of entertainment, brand partnerships, and audience engagement. Currently serving as Vice President of Experiential for the Media & Sponsorship division of Live Nation Entertainment, she leads the development of global custom events and hospitality programs for some of the world's most recognizable brands, including Citi, Salesforce, Cisco, Airbnb, and American Express. With more than 17 years of experience in the entertainment and events industry, Craighead has become known for creating memorable fan experiences that connect brands, artists, and audiences through live music, festivals, and international tours.
A graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a bachelor's degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management, Craighead's passion for events began in high school and was inspired by the film The Wedding Planner. She initially worked in wedding and special event planning before transitioning into large-scale entertainment productions. Her career includes roles with NYC Pride, touring productions such as Demi Lovato's world tour, and her own event planning company, Elements Event Group. Since joining Live Nation more than a decade ago, she has steadily advanced through leadership positions, helping expand the company's experiential offerings while overseeing a team responsible for delivering innovative programs across tours, festivals, and sponsorship activations worldwide.
Recognized as one of the industry's leading experiential marketers, Craighead has produced experiences for major artists including Beyoncé, Coldplay, U2, and Eddie Vedder, while also contributing to acclaimed programs such as Citi Sound Vault. Her achievements have earned her repeated recognition among the Top Women Leaders of Pennsylvania by Women We Admire and inclusion in BizBash's 2026 Industry Innovators list for Experiential Producers. Known for her authenticity, humility, and relationship-focused leadership style, Craighead believes that the most impactful experiences are created through collaboration, creativity, and a genuine passion for bringing people together through live entertainment.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to grit, hard work, and the meaningful relationships I have built throughout my career. By staying committed to my goals, maintaining a strong work ethic, and fostering positive connections with others, I have been able to grow professionally and achieve lasting success.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to not be afraid to explore what truly interests and inspires you. Be willing to make mistakes, as they are valuable opportunities for growth and learning. Build connections with a wide range of people, seek out mentors, and never hesitate to ask questions. Curiosity, resilience, and a strong network can open doors and help you navigate your career with confidence.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me in both my work and personal life are authenticity, humility, and putting people first. I believe in working hard, treating others with respect, and maintaining a collaborative mindset without ego. Staying genuine, building meaningful relationships, and consistently giving my best effort are principles that guide everything I do.
