About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Gurule serves as Regional Clinical Director in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). She oversees operations across Colorado and Iowa, providing hands-on support to neurodivergent children and guiding families through autism diagnoses. With 13 years of experience in the industry, Elizabeth has worked at both large and small companies across multiple states. She previously helped start a company in Colorado before joining her current organization, where she played a key role in building it from the ground up. Elizabeth brings a vibrant and empathetic approach to a field that is often data-driven, drawing on her personality to foster meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. She values authenticity, patience, and kindness, principles instilled by her grandmother, and she encourages others in the field to trust their intuition and be themselves.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be yourself and trust your gut. When entering any profession, you always think your supervisor always knows, but the cold hard truth is we don't always know. Trusting your gut and intuition is vital, and trusting in who you are even if you don't always have the right answers.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Kindness to yourself and others, authenticity, patience towards yourself and others, and doing things in love. My grandmother taught me to do things out of kindness and love, not for accolades.
