Elizabeth Hostetler

Elizabeth Hostetler is a versatile professional with a diverse background that spans agriculture, education, entrepreneurship, and marketing. Growing up Amish on a farm, she gained hands-on experience in farming and sawmill work before working as a schoolteacher. Since leaving the Amish community, Elizabeth has pursued a wide array of opportunities, including running her own house cleaning and landscaping business, working in construction, and serving as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau. She is also a 2024 graduate of North Central Missouri College, earning both a Certificate in Accounting and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management.

Currently, Elizabeth is the Marketing Manager at Borntreger Builders LLC, where she applies her diverse experience and business acumen to support the company’s growth and outreach efforts. Her professional journey demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, and entrepreneurial spirit, qualities that she brings to every role she undertakes. She has also gained valuable experience in field operations with Vantage Point Solutions and administrative roles, developing a broad skill set in business operations, client relations, and marketing.

Elizabeth’s career is characterized by her commitment to continuous learning, leadership, and helping organizations thrive. She is passionate about fostering positive workplace culture, encouraging growth, and recognizing the value of employees’ contributions. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, creative projects with Adobe Photoshop, and using her business skills to explore new opportunities, embodying a balance of creativity, diligence, and strategic thinking.
