Elizabeth Krug is a dedicated nursing professional with over 15 years of experience at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, Maryland. As the Nursing Outcomes Leader since 2013, she has played a pivotal role in identifying gaps in care and creating a specialized role to address those needs, leading teams to develop policies grounded in evidence-based practice. Her passion lies in improving patient outcomes, promoting safety, and ensuring high-quality care across healthcare settings.

Elizabeth’s commitment to nursing education is evident through her long-standing role as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where she has been teaching for over a decade. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, Political Science, and Latin American Studies from Saint Joseph’s University. She is an active member of nursing associations, regularly engaging with AONL journals to stay at the forefront of nursing leadership and practice innovations.
